本公司提供的貨品種類繁多，客戶可透過電話、傳真或電郵向本公司查詢產品價格及資料。
請在報價表 ( 中文 / English ) 填上所需貨品，傳真或電郵至本公司，清楚留下聯絡資料，並來電確認本公司收妥閣下的查詢資料。
Our company offers a wide variety of products. Customers may contact us by telephone, fax, or email to inquire about product prices and information.
Please fill in the required items on the quotation form ( Chinese / English ) , then fax or email it to our company. Be sure to clearly provide your contact details, and kindly call us to confirm that we have received your inquiry.

⭐ 送貨服務 Delivery：
我們提供三個取貨方式供客人選擇 We offer three different shipping methods：
1. 標準送貨服務 Delivery Service
2. 順豐速運 SF Express / GoGoX
3. 親臨本公司自取 Self Pickup

1. 標準送貨服務 Delivery Service：
（適用於香港的訂單 Orders in Hong Kong）
巿區送貨：
1. 訂購滿港幣$600.00或以上，可加$70.00送貨費，否則請 貴客親臨本公司自取。
2. 訂購滿港幣$1,000.00或以上，可加$40.00送貨費。
3. 訂購滿港幣$2,000.00或以上免費送貨(只限單一地址)。
4. 離島/東涌/愉景灣/馬灣/偏遠地區，運費需另行報價。
5. 請提供送貨時間，以便安排送貨日子，送貨時請必須於預約時間內確保有人收貨，否則需另收取運費(每次計)或臨本公司取貨。
6. 當八號或以上之颱風訊號懸掛或黑色暴雨警告生效時，送貨服務將另作安排。
Urban Delivery:
1. For orders of HK$600.00 or above, delivery can be arranged with an additional fee of HK$70.00; otherwise, customers are requested to collect the goods at our company.
2. For orders of HK$1,000.00 or above, delivery can be arranged with an additional fee of HK$40.00.
3. For orders of HK$2,000.00 or above, free delivery is provided (limited to a single address).
4. For outlying islands / Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Ma Wan / remote areas, delivery charges will be quoted separately.
5. Please provide your preferred delivery time so that arrangements can be made. Someone must be available to receive the goods at the scheduled time; otherwise, an additional delivery fee (per trip) will be charged, or customers may collect the goods directly from our company.
6. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or when a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery service will be rescheduled.
2. 順豐速運 SF Express / GoGoX：
順豐速運 / GoGoX「貨到付運費」，運費由順豐速運 / GoGoX 收取，因此運費不會於訂單上顯示。適合體積較小及輕便的貨品，我們並不建議選用順豐速運 / GoGoX 運送體積較大或容易撞壞的貨品，此類貨品建議選用我們的送貨服務或自取。
Shipping via SF Express / GoGoX – Pay on Delivery
Shipping fees will be charged directly by SF Express / GoGoX upon delivery and will not appear on the invoice. This service is suitable for small and lightweight items.
However, for larger or fragile items, we do not recommend SF Express / GoGoX. Instead, we suggest using our delivery service or opting for self-pickup for better protection.
3. 親臨本公司自取 Self Pickup Service：
到本公司自取貨品無需收取額外費用。我們收到訂單，並確認存貨後，客人將會收到取貨通知，然後客人可在本公司辦公時間內親臨自取。
No additional fee will be charged for collecting goods directly from our company. Once we have received your order and confirmed stock availability, you will receive a pickup notification. Customers may then collect their goods at our company during office hours.

⭐ 售後服務 After-Sales Service：
若你收到損壞或不完整的貨品，請於收到貨品一星期內以電郵方式與我們聯絡；得到我們的同意後，我們會給您退貨指示，所有未得到同意的退貨，我們一律不會處理。
收到退貨後，我們將檢查或測試貨品，如果我們發現你所說明的問題，我們會再將新的同樣貨品給你，否則我們只會將原物交回，而回件的運費亦須由你支付。
我們一律不會接受所有與貨品品質無關的退貨要求。
If you receive damaged or incomplete goods, please contact us by email within one week of receipt. Once we have given our approval, we will provide you with return instructions. Any returns without prior approval will not be processed.
After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect or test them. If we confirm the issue you described, we will send you a replacement of the same item. Otherwise, we will return the original item to you, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We do not accept any return requests unrelated to product quality.
